This skit is based on the words of the author of "Really Bad Girls of the Bible"
Liz Curtis Higgs, in her fictional modern version of the story of Yael
who is mentioned in Judges 4 & 5.
In the biblical version an evil army commander named Sisera
had terrorized Israel for 20 years.
Deborah, the beloved prophetess and judge in Israel,
pursuaded Barak, commander of the tribes in Israel, to fight Sisera,
convincing Barak that God would see to it that he won.
So, when Sisera was defeated he ran to hide in the tent of Yael
who acted as if she were helping him hide.
She gave him milk, which may or may not have been laced with a sleep aid,
then drove a tent stake into his temple when he fell asleep.
The skit takes the modern approach that Sisera is a terrorist hiding from the CIA.
He wanders into the office of a female CIA agent who pumps him for information
while acting as an ally. She gives him some eggnog, insisting that it has no alcohol in it.
He falls asleep and she may or may not have shot him in the temple.
The essence of the story in both versions is the female's motives:
